Every so often, we feel that we are inching closer and closer to our goal, whatever that might be. When I saw these beautiful totally different creatures appearing in my paintings, I felt a connection between them. Maybe it had also to do with my subconscious feeling at that time. I was feeling as if I was still striving to achieve my goals, but, just like these 2 creatures, I was slowly and steadily coming close to it.
